The Rile County Police Patrol conducted a DUI saturation patrol in the early morning hours of November 5, 2016 in the Manhattan area. The patrol was designed t
o identify impaired drivers and remove them from the roadway.
Officers conducted 40 traffic stops. Of those, 3 drivers were arrested for DUI and one driver for driving while revoked.
Funding for the saturation patrol was provided by the Manhattan Area Risk Prevention Coalition (MARPC).
