Long Huynh has been named associate dean for enrollment management and marketing at Kansas State University Global Campus.
“Dr. Huynh brings a wealth of experience and expertise to K-State’s Global Campus,” said Sue Maes, dean of K-State Global Campus. “His background in student services and enrollment management will strengthen our organization as we strive to expand K-State’s educational reach.”
In this role, Huynh is responsible for leading strategic enrollment management efforts at K-State Global Campus and directing marketing, recruitment and student services strategy.
Before joining K-State Global Campus, Huynh served as director of graduate and professional education programs and services at California State University, Northridge, where he was responsible for all credit, noncredit, certificate, workshop, contracted and customized programs. He also led the school’s efforts with regard to outreach, recruitment, advisement, enrollment management, student support and graduation. Prior to that, he was executive director of graduate services and administration at Academy of Art University.
Huynh earned his doctorate in business administration with an emphasis in international business and leadership from California University of Technology. He also has a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Hayward.
Huynh will join the K-State Global Campus staff in October.
