Manhattan developer Zachary Burton appeared in Riley County District Courthouse Monday where he pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful sexual relations with a female student at Riley County High School.

Burton waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Sept. 9.
His sentencing has been set for November 15 at 9 a.m.
