MANHATTAN, KAN. –
James McAllister, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on June 29, 2017 at approximately 9:15 AM. McAllister was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for 3 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and 3 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and 1 count of attempted aggravated criminal sodomy. McAllister’s total bond was set at $100,000.00, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2800 block of Stone Valley Dr. on June 29, 2017 at approximately 2:30 PM. Officers listed Stone Valley as the victim when it was reported that an unknown suspect damaged an irrigation control box. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.
