MANHATTAN, KAN. – Over the past several weeks the Riley County Police Department has recovered several construction related tools as part of theft and burglary investigations. Currently detectives are looking for anyone who has been the victim of a previously unreported theft. RCPD asks that these victims contact the department and report the crime to law enforcement for investigation and possible item recovery.
