MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers filed a report for theft in the 2600 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on February 1, 2017 at approximately 9:10 AM. Officers listed Harry Davis Rebar as the victim when an unknown suspect took a 16 foot tandem axle trailer. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,200.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Shawn Yaussi, 41, of Marysville, Kansas, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 1, 2017 at approximately 1:00 PM. Yaussi was arrested on a Marshall County District Court warrant for probation violation. Yaussi’s bond was set at $10,000.00, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Caitlen Sells, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 1, 2017 at approximately 5:45 PM. Sells was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Sells’ bond was set at $2,000.00 on the Riley County District Court warrant and was given no bond on the Manhattan Municipal Court warrant, causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
Gregory Rich, 35, of Alma, Kansas, was arrested in the 1800 block of Claflin Rd. on February 1, 2017 at approximately 8:45 PM. Rich was arrested for driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rich’s bond was set at $5,000.00, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Faith Morehead, 48, of Topeka, Kansas, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 1, 2017 at approximately 10:20 PM. Morehead was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Morehead’s bond was set at $5,000.00. Morehead was not confined at the time of this report.
