The rezoning of an area on the west side of Manhattan was the topic of discussion at Tuesday’s Manhattan City Commission meeting. The rezoned land would be used to build a new Genesis Health Club. 
The proposed 48,000 square foot building will also feature three tennis courts, a basketball court, a jogging track, and a pool.
The ordinance was approved 5-0.
