MANHATTAN, KAN. – Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Aaron Finch, 29, of Manhattan on November 28, 2016, at approximately 4:15 PM w
hile at the Riley County Police Department. Finch was arrested on a warrant from Ellis County, Kansas with the offenses of distributing a hallucinogenic or marijuana and no Kansas drug tax stamp. He was given a bond of $50,000.00 and at the time of this report, he was confined at the Riley County Jail.
RCPD filed a report for the offense of theft of property or services on November 28, 2016, at approximately 7:50 PM in the 1500 block of College Ave. after a vehicle was taken without the owner’s permission (Joshua Adrian, 34, of Manhattan). Police noted that a 2002 White Volvo was removed from the area between November 23, 2016 and November 28, 2016 and currently its whereabouts are unknown. The total estimated loss is valued at $2,000.00 and police are asking anyone with information to contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. The vehicle was unattended at the time of this crime and there was no forced entry.
