The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Kansas River at Manhattan from late Thursday night until further notice.
Minor flooding is forecast with the river expected to rise above the 18-foot flood stage by Friday morning and continuing to rise to near 21.1 feet by Sunday morning. Low lands along the river could be impacted by flooding.
