MANHATTAN — There were no injuries after a Sunday evening car fire that started a garage fire in Manhattan.

Just before 6:30p.m., fire crews responded to a home in the 2300 Block of Vineyard Circle for report of a vehicle on fire, according to a media release. Upon arrival crews found a vehicle on fire inside a garage of the two story residence.
While crews extinguished the vehicle fire quickly, it had spread to the garage. The fire caused an estimated $31,000 in damage.
