Charlie Chandler, the chairman and chief executive officer of INTRUST Bank has been chosen as the 2018 Kansas State University College of Business Administration Distinguished Business Leader.
Established in 2001, the award recognizes alumni and friends of the College of Business Administration who have distinguished themselves from their peers in their chosen field, and who have consistently demonstrated outstanding service to the college. Individuals who receive the Distinguished Business Leader Award are inducted simultaneously into the prestigious College of Business Administration Business Leaders Hall of Fame.
After earning a degree in business administration from Kansas State University in 1975 and an MBA in finance from Northwestern University in 1976, Chandler entered the management training program at First National Bank in Wichita, now INTRUST Bank.
