RILEY COUNTY —The fall weekend storm provided significant moisture for Riley County and most of northeast Kansas. The majority of Riley County residents reported .50-.85 inches of rain over the past 24-hours. Similar amounts were reported in Geary, Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee County.  Clay County residents reported 1.25 inches or moisture.
