A dedication ceremony will be held Friday afternoon at the K-State College of Business.
The university broke ground on the project in October of 2013 after garnering $55 million through philanthropic investments from alumni and friends of the college. The new 160,143 square foot building features tiered classrooms, a large showcase lecture hall, computer labs, a financial research lab and much more.

The ceremony will proceed as follows:
- 12:45 – 1:45 pm | Advisory Council Luncheon | Business Building Atrium
- 1:45 pm – 2:30 pm | Wildcat Band Playing Outside
- Photo Ops Throughout the Building with Student Photographers
- 2:30 – 3:30 pm | Dedication Ceremony | Business Building Atrium
- 3:30 – 3:45 pm | Ribbon Cutting in Atrium
- 3:30 – 6:00 pm | Reception with Live Music | Tent, Terrace, and Atrium
- Food and Drink (In tent located off the Atrium Terrace)
