MANHATTAN —In partnership with Manhattan Parks and Recreation Department, Evolution is offering 3 different classes, free to the community on Saturday, March 10th.
These classes are designed to be fun and engaging. The kids classes will focus on the use of Martial Arts to develop self-discipline and focus. In the self- defense class we will give you practical hands on experience of how to better protect yourself and / or your loved ones.
2:00 PM KIDS 4-6 MARTIAL ARTS
3:00 PM KIDS 7-15 MARTIAL ARTS
4:00 PM ADULT 16+ SELF-DEFENSE (child care available during adult class)
