RILEY COUNTY— Two people were injured in an accident just before 11pm Friday in Riley County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Jeep Wrangler driven by Christopher J. Hill, 24, Killeen, TX., was facing eastbound making a left turn onto McCall Road from U.S. 24.
The Jeep turned into and struck the front end of a 2016 Dodge Charger driven by Natasha L. McCurdy, 23, Topeka, which was westbound on U.S. 24.
Hill and McCurdy were transported to Via Christi. Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
