Officers filed a report for forgery and theft in the 300 block of Plymate Ln. in Manhattan on November 16, 2017 at approximately 10:15 AM. Officers listed Julian Latham, 36, of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect forged a check in the victim’s name and cashed it. Danielle Hutchison, 28, of Wakarusa, Kansas, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 16, 2017 at approximately 2:30 PM. Larry Jones, 46, of Manhattan was arrested in the 800 block of Colorado Ave. in Manhattan on November 16, 2017 at approximately 10:05 PM. Jones was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Jones’ bond was set at $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Caitlen Sells, 32, of Manhattan was arrested in the 800 block of Colorado St. in Manhattan on November 16, 2017 at approximately 10:10 PM. Sells was arrested on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear. Sells total bond was set at $6,000.00. Sells was not confined at the time of this report.
Asia Blackmon, 19, of Junction City, Kansas, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 17, 2017 at approximately 4:25 AM. Blackmon was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Blackmon was issued a $5,000.00 bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
