MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Andrew Miller, 32, of Wakeeney, Kansas, was arrested near the intersection of 12th and Moro in Manhattan on November 3, 2017 at approximately 2:30 AM. Miller was arrested on a charge of DUI. Miller’s bond was set at $5,000.00. Miller was not confined at the time of this report.
