MANHATTAN, KAN. – Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for the offense of theft in the 600 block of Highland Ridge Drive on September 14, 2016 at approximately 4:00 PM. This crime occurred during the overnight hours prior to the report being filed. Police found that a green 2014 Ford Mustang with Kansas tags was removed from in front of the home of owner, Morgan Young, 25, of Manhattan.
