Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of N 16th on September 6, 2017 at 
approximately 3:20 PM. Officers listed Taylor Dechant, 22, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported a suspect known to her damaged her 2004 White Ford Escape.
