Homeowners Association, Suellyn Hooper, 54, of Manhattan, and KS State Bank as the victims when it was reported that an unknown suspect made and cashed 5 fraudulant checks valued at $2,250.00. Lawyer Davis, 21, of Manhattan was arrested by RCPD detectives in the 200 block of E. 9th St. in Junction City, Kansas, on June 9, 2017 at approximately 9:40 PM. Davis was arrested for aggravated robbery. Davis’ bond was set at $25,000.00, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 2700 block of Amherst Ave. on June 9, 2017 at approximately 11:55 AM. Officers listed Tyler Wendland, 23, of Leonardville, Kansas, and School of Hard Knocks as the victims when it was reported that an unknown suspect took a batting cage netting. Germy Cameron, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 3000 block of Kimball Ave. on June 10, 2017 at approximately 2:00 PM. Cameron was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cameron’s bond was set at $6,000.00. Cameron was not confined at the time of this report.
Jorge Figueroa, 28, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 700 block of Allison Ave. on June 11, 2017 at approximately 2:20 AM. Figueroa was arrested for domestic battery, interference with law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of stimulants. Figueroa’s total bond was set at $7,500, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Riley Ave. in Ogden, Kansas, on June 11, 2017 at approximately 7:20 AM. Officers listed Valeo as the victim when it was reported that an unknown suspect entered the business and damaged a sink, door, drywall, soap dispenser, and window. Howard Horton III, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on June 11, 2017 at approximately 2:05 PM. Horton III was arrested on a Geary County District Court warrant for failure to appear, and a Junction City Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 700 block of Allen Rd. on June 11, 2017 at approximately 5:45 PM. Officers listed Christopher Hardy, 29, of Manhattan, and Sidney Brown Jr., 16, of Manhattan, as the victims when it was reported that a known suspect threatened to shoot them while holding a firearm.
