MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Brian Havens, 38, of Wamego, Kansas, was arrested in the 100 block of N. 4th St. on May 3, 2017 at approximately 10:40 AM. Havens was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Havens’ bond was set at $5,000.00, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
